By using www.bluwebmedia.co.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Work we do for a client is also covered by the written agreement or proposal for that project, which takes priority if the two differ.

Quotes and proposals

A project starts only after we both accept a written quote or proposal. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them and depend on the scope described in them. Changes to the scope may change the price and the timeline.

Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, clients agree to:

give us accurate information, content and access when we ask for it;
review and approve work within the agreed time;
make sure they have the right to use any material they give us.

Payment

Fees, milestones, taxes and payment dates are set out in the quote or agreement.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, design, logos, code and images) belongs to BluWebMedia or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Work we create for a client becomes the client’s property after full payment. We keep our own tools, know-how and any third-party or open-source components, which stay under their own licences.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites, such as client projects, review platforms and our products. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, or that results from marketing or SEO work will reach a particular level.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BluWebMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims that arise from material you give us or from your use of our work in breach of these terms or the law.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the project, unless the law requires disclosure. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy

Termination

Either side may end a project by written notice of 30 days. Work done up to that date is paid for. We may block access to the site for misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
